The part of chapter 11 I found most helpful was at the very beginning of the chapter where they were talking about reviews in general. "Whether readers fins a review persuasive will depend to a large extent on whether they believe the criteria used are justifiable" (Trimbur 347). I found this was the most effective line in the chapter because it really emphasizes how important it is you give people criteria they can trust. The least effective part of this chapter for me was the part about the stray shopping cart project. I thought the rest of the book did a better job at explaining reviews.

This review can tell you all about the Spring Dairy Expo. It touches on areas such as the judges, caring for the cows, and of course the sale. You can learn all about peoples relationships at the big cow shows like this.
