Hello my name is Anthony
Applegate and the outdoors is my favorite place to be when I have free time on
my hands. Some hobbies I like to engage
in are hunting, fishing, and just about anything outside. My least favorite
time of the year is the winter because I hate the cold and gloomy weather. When
I am not outside enjoying the weather I like to play video games and watch T.V.
which is where most of my winter time goes during the cold days. The area of
study I am most interested in is agriculture and hope to get a degree somewhere
in the agriculture field.
The poem I enjoyed the most
was The Lanyard because it’s not every day I get reminded how much my mother
has done for me and I often forget. The part that that struck me the hardest was the fact that the kid knew that he could never repay his mother but could only give her his love to her. The poem makes me think that the only way to pay a mother back is with the love you give her. I liked this poem because I often find myself looking for a present for my mom on the holidays and whatever I seem to get her, it just doesn't feel like enough. For that reason I always go with a homemade card.

Hi Anthony I am also a fan of being outside and I also dislike the winter season because of how cold it is. I also tend to not spend as much time outside during winter because of cold and gloomy it is all the time. Most of the time because it is cold I also tend to stay inside to watch tv and play video games.
ReplyDeleteHI Anthony, agriculture is an awesome field to get into. I grew up on a dairy farm and it is a great experience. It is tons of work but more than worth it.
